Went to the Singapore Fireworks Festival last night,
with both my sis and little bro
left home bout 7.30pm
and reach the place only at bout 8.45pm
it was reaali realli croweded
people kept pushing here and there
Not knowing exactly the way there,
we followed the crowd and finally reached the destination
i tin we ended up just opp fullerton
the view was nt good at all
suddenly felt that the trees are so EXTRA
blocked my view of the fireworks
and the people there are all so TALL
nonetheless, i still managed to enjoy the fireworks
it was realli realli BEAUTIFUL
although it was jus for 15 mins,
the wait for it was worthwhile.
for the first time,
i managed to see "falling stars"
but my hp was too lousy to catch a shot of that
i cant even take a video of it
as i onli see black patches and people using video cam to record the entire event.
After that, we decided to take a break at mac before making our way home
but the 2 mac that we went to were so crowded and packed
in the end, we end up walkin round suntec,
looking for toilet and fastfood outlet for approx 2 hours.
Sad to say, we lost our way
we did not know where to go
and ended up walking circles and circles round the fountain of wealth
everytime i went there, my frens will surely be the ones to lead the way
but when i was there, i can only remember bits and pieces of the way back to the station
we went through lots of "shortcuts"
but always ended up making a big U turn
after walking for bout an hour plus,
we finally made our way to Carrefour
Only then was i able to make my way to the station
cos i been there lots of time
with ade, jas and moon
went to watch MI3
ha ha...
reach home at bout 12
broke record sia..
even had mcflurry on my back..
surely gain weight de...
only managed to sleep at 1.30
broke another record cos i usually sleep at 10 de
ha ha ..=D
nonetheless, it was realli realli a memorable and wonderful day
It was the second time i watch fireworks
the first time was when i was in pri 5
when all of us have to go for the NDP preview...
it was realli realli LONG ago
but i am goin back there again tonight
wish me luck
hope i will be able to find a good spot and film it down
so the memory will alsways always be there....
